Refund Policy

At Lincoln Publications, every project is built specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of writing, design, and publishing work, refunds are handled with clear boundaries to protect both your investment and the work already completed.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. How Refunds Are Handled

Each project begins planning and execution shortly after confirmation. For that reason, refunds are limited once work has started. That said, every request is reviewed fairly, based on project stage, delivered work, and communication history.

Refund requests must be submitted through official channels within a reasonable timeframe.

2. When Refunds May Be Approved

Early Cancellation
If you request cancellation before work begins, you may receive a full refund minus processing fees.
If planning or initial work has started, a partial deduction may apply.

Service Limitations
If Lincoln Publications is unable to complete your project due to internal constraints, a fair refund will be issued based on completed work.

Scope Misalignment
If the final delivery does not match the agreed brief and cannot be resolved through revisions, a partial refund may be considered.

Delays Caused by Us
If a delay occurs on our end and no reasonable solution is provided; refund eligibility may be reviewed.

3. Service-Based Refund Conditions

  • Partial refund if work is in progress

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable when:

  • Delays are caused by lack of client response or materials
  • Requirements change after approval
  • Feedback is based on personal preference rather than scope
  • Digital files or final assets have been shared
  • Third-party costs have already been incurred

5. Revisions Come First

Before a refund is considered, we strongly encourage using the revision process. Most concerns can be resolved through structured feedback and adjustments within the agreed scope.

6. Project Cancellation

You may cancel your project at any time by contacting us:

  • Before work begins: Eligible for near-full refund (minus fees)
  • After work begins: Refund depends on progress
  • Multi-stage projects: Completed phases are non-refundable

7. How to Request a Refund

To submit a request, provide:

  • Order or project details
  • Reason for the request
  • Relevant communication or concerns

Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

We recommend contacting our team before initiating a dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication. Unresolved chargebacks may be formally contested with project records.

9. External Factors

Lincoln Publications is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including system failures, platform issues, or external disruptions.

10. Client Responsibilities

Refund eligibility may be affected if:

  • Required materials are not provided
  • Communication is delayed or inconsistent
  • Major changes are requested after approval

Clear input and timely feedback help keep your project on track.
